It was a dear month with early sunrises and never-ending hours of daylight. It was when green seedlings grew taller to call themselves adults. When tree branches bent low burdened with fruit. When the sun beamed down on every creature to see if they were getting enough vitamin. A time when all happenings happened anew.

Noam Hubert, the Saucy Pan restaurant chef, retires in a hurry after receiving a letter. One that made him risk everything to return back to where the apricot flowers bloomed tall, where the cows grazed leisurely in fields, and anything and everything naturally came labelled fresh.
As he steps into the same house he lived in as a child, he realises, only this time it was not the same. Together with his brother and new found faces, he tackles life. Wild creatures, seasons, an abandoned garden, a rusty but amazing kitchen stove, new restaurant, loss, death, and destruction are all hurled his way in high speed.
We must meander through a garden built from start to end, read through the pages of an old family book, and cook up dishes only Noam knew how to cook, to discover out if he could find the calm behind the storm.
